We Are DFY

DFY is a unique Christian-based backpacking expedition for youth aged 16 to 19.

It’s an unforgettable adventure in the breathtaking Dolomite Mountains of Italy.

Over the course of 6 days, participants hike from mountain hut to mountain hut, surrounded by stunning alpine landscapes.

Designed specifically for LDS youth, this journey combines physical challenge with spiritual growth, providing opportunities to deepen their faith, build resilience, and forge meaningful connections with peers.

Open to teenagers eager to push their limits and draw closer to God, DFY is more than just a hiking trip—it’s a transformative experience.

Participants are guided by experienced leaders who create an environment of learning, reflection, and encouragement.

With daily devotionals, team-building activities, and awe-inspiring views, DFY aims to inspire youth to grow into better individuals while embracing the beauty of both nature and spirituality.
